"Oregon House District #60 represents 25.15% of Oregon's land mass. I allocate only one and one-half days a week in the Ontario legislative office and the balance of my time in meetings in Salem and other cities in Malheur, Baker, Harney and Grant Counties. Your questionnaire has arrived in my Ontario office (with 17 others this week). Not wanting to appear insensitive to your cause, I called you to personally let you know that I would not be completing the forms for the Injured Workers Coalition. I attempt to use my time in our Ontario legislative office in meetings with constituents and answering those calls and e-mails where I can most effectively allocate Oregon's diminishing resources. Bill Garrard [HD56-R] is an excellent colleague and I'll trust his judgement to keep me focused on your issues. Thanks again for contacting me. I'm honored that you'd want my in-put."
