I expierienced the same problems. Now they have denied my benefits after 2 Years of recieving them claiming I recovered my work related injuries and my current condition is not related to employment. I have 2 slipped disc's which I acquired by moving heavy furniture in the performance of my duties. The DOL mandated I get a DX prior to the acceptance of my claim. Which was Cervical/Lumbar strain. Since that time I had the proper testing MRI'S, taken and discovered my injuries are more serious than sprains. The DOL refused to accept my case on those merits and contended I was only being accepted for cervical/lumbar strain injuries. Is there any help out there for us injured employees. Is there any justice? Now I have no income and am unable to work. What Now?????????????????????????????????????????Please respond if you know of anybody who can help with this case.
