Holy Cow!!!!!!! I can't believe that there is actually someone else out there that has lost their paddle to their boat!!! We just got a letter from the surgeon who WAS SUPPOSED to operate on me husband for his work related TOS, stating that he will not be doing the suguery.(The doc just had hip replacement). We live in Texas and the doc wants him to go to a surgoen in missouri. TOS surgeons whom can handle a case like ours, are few and far between. WC dosen't want to send him out of state and think that Dr. Joe Blow on the next corner can operate. We have spent 20 months fighting, debating with these people, and they all come back making us feel like we are CRAZY!!!!!!!!! I have decided that it all about miney. No one cares how much pain he is in, not to mention the affect it has had on our whole family. I am in a daze today trying to figure out what to do now........
