Could someone please get me some information on the ergonomics bill? I am doing a paper on it for college. I am having trouble sorting out the information I am getting. I don't know if the bill has passed, but one article I found leads to its having passed. I am not sure how this bill effects the work place. I have read conflicting reports. I am trying to establish a paper on work injuries due to repetive motion. I recently had a tendonitis flare up in my shoulder, elbow, and wrist due to repetitive slicing for 7 hours strait in the deli. There have also been several cases of carporal tunnel syndrom where I work, in the cashiers and the cake decorators. I am trying to fit the ergonomics bill in with this. I cannot get enough info to say at this time if the bill is good or bad for us at work. Please help!!!
