I would really appreciate a representative from KPC Medical Management to contact me ASAP as it is extremely crucial that I speak with a live person regarding my son's and mine medical records. At this time, we have relocated and my son has had head trauma, plus chronic ear issues and at this time, the current treating doctor needs his medical records as it is vital to further continue his medical treatments.
Your assistance is appreciated and hope you would take my son's life into consideration.
