Knee injury torn cartlidge repaired in both knees after slip and fall over rippled carpet on the job. This involves also a third party claim against the building owner for failure to repair the carpet.
Question is -- attorney doesn't get that before injury no pain whatsoever, no arthritis, now constant pain, can't walk down hill, etc. Attorney wants to turn over the third party claim to employer -- why would I want that??? Employer could care less how my knees hurt. Has anyone had this experience. What is double knee injury torn cartlidge worth in W/C language.
