Thank you Sir but this has been an effort from the heart by MANY good people putting in enormous effort, time and personal money.
We have made significant progress in these few months. Some elected officials are finally coming to the realization that they have been lied to by the insurance companies, their high priced lobbyists, and some within government with personal agendas contrary to the best interests of all Oregon workers.
Attorney Jenks could not have explained our situation better when he said. "It is only with the grass roots efforts of workers like Ernie Delmazzo that any changes will be made to this complicated and very adversarial system."
Please join an injured workers' group today and together we will bring back a "humane" Oregon Workers' Compensation System.
