My husband and I live in Jonesboro, AR. We are needing all the information and help we can get on pursueing a claim with WC. Dewayne fell in a hole on his head and shoulders in December 1997. He was taken to the emergency room and sent home. Within a month his physical health starting deteroratting. He had surgery on his neck in September 1995, work related; surgery on his lumbar in December 1998. More complications have arose. His surgeon told him to file for SS because he would never be able to return to work. We feel his problems are work related. His employer filed a claim with WC with his neck and the fall in the hole. They paid then. Do we have a chance, and we do we start? I am unemployed at this time and of course things are tight for us, like everyone else. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
