At the risk of being edited by the webmaster, let me ask you, Tom Mattis, is Oregon a leader or a follower? If 49 states were jumping off a bridge, would Oregon? Anyway, I thought Oregon had taken the lead in revising, revamping and 'recking workers' comp.
If you free up your time by dumping the remaining 25% of the cases you close, how would you use that newly crated time and money? To conduct a reality based survey of the system? To hire more qualified medical staff to review closures?
Why should we injured workers get behind any legislation that doesn't remedy the three s's: starve out, sell off and shoddy medical care?
Again, no offense, but this fine tuning seems whimsical.
