My claim was closed by Liberty Northwest and because they lied in the stuff they furnished in court thee state reversed the desision at the DCBS level. This can't happen if 220 passes i think. Since it took 1 1/2 years to reopen my claim the time before that with a admiinistation law judge isn't this bill gonna put a biggerload on these people since the comp companys go out of the way to delay decisions. So this savings you talk about will be used and then some by another state agency. Wheres the savings?
