You are so correct about medical malpractice..in 1993 I had a back surgery by a Dr.
that I was sent to by my employer..he read my MRI
backwards and operated on the wrong side of my back,,causing nerve damage..problem is that I could not bring this up in a workers comp hearing, I did try to sue the Dr. but did not
have the money..I lost my case with the comp people....because they said the injury and damage was caused by the docter and not associated with
the injury at work..
