People like this Mattis guy know deep down in their subsconconscence what dispicable things they're doing to others for a paycheck. Its human nature for them to "in their own minds" make themselves believe that they're "good people". How else can you explain that somehow these people like insurance employees go day in and day out wrecking other peoples lives and somehow are able to live with themselves.
