It's come to our attention that a bill which is up for consideration in the Senate(SB 654) is VERY ANTI-WORKER.
It has also been closely reviewed by several attorneys for injured workers with the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association It changes the power structure to put in one person's hands the power of "God" which will definately negatively effect the outcome of workers' comp decisions you may have in the future.
You need to notify your representatives in Salem that this is a bad bill and should not be passed.
