I was diagnosed with chronic lateral humeral epicondylitis in June of 1997. It took the insurance company until October of 1998 just to accept my condition. This whole time they paid me time loss and eventuaully a penalty for taking longer than 90 days to accept or deny my claim. Then it took from October till the first of June, just to have a simple 45 min surgery. It was so quick, I only recieved a local. Without this simple procedure, I couldnt even move my arm without causing serious pain.It's so sad it took two wasteful years to get this done. Now maybe I can have my life back. Iwish anyone waitng for surgery for relief my best. Hang in there and dont let the system beat you.
