For those of you who need a really good pain doctor if you live out west, I'd like to suggest that you call:

Dr. Martin Klos
160 East 18th St.
Eugene. OR.
541-302-9676

I've sent many severe chronic pain patients to him who he took real good care of, and he practices a lot like Dr. Hurwitz in that it makes no sense to him to control "just some" of the patient's pain. He titrates
them up to what they need to control pain properly, and is well worth the trip to Oregon just like Dr. Hurwitz is worth the trip to Washington DC.

Actually, he has literally SAVED THE LIVES OF several people I've sent to him who were on their last legs, and ready to pack it in. He's one of the 5 best in the country. With him there, Dr. Mike in Chicago, Drs.
Hurwitz and Statkus in Washington DC, and Dr. Gorback in Houston, we've got the nation covered more or less.

So, if any of you on the list live within a few states of Oregon, and you are still suffering under medicated, I'd have your doctor refer you to him to get your pain under proper control. Normally you can get low cost tickets round trip for less than $300. My guess would be more like $200 but I'm not sure.
