Hi, my name is Rodney Lynch, I live in Alabama
where there are no laws to protect the working people
in this state. I worte my Sentor and congressmenber
for help with OSHA and AIG insurance Company, there's
no help. OSHA said cause this accident, which mean
I lost my job and worker -comp benefts, because
OSHA used a Hyster engineer to say i cause a fork lift aciddent at
Brungart Equipment Co. in mobile Alabama.
My supervsior new the compacty had been changed from 4000lbs to
3250lbs, however he did not tell me about the change.
AIG Insurance sent me to one doctor for treatment and
he didn't give them the report they wanted. AIG
drop him and all my medications. Alabama worker-comp and Department of labor
will not help. I have to many problems from this accident.
