I am from Michigan. My father's 28 yr. claim
was terminated by Traveler's. We have won
a judgement but now they are going to try to
nit-pick the payment of the judgement. Michigan
has the honor of being the worse state for
injuried workers as I understand it. Has anyone
dealt out there with them on permanent or
severe injury cases? Is there a pattern to their
methods?
