Update on IME. Previous IME done by 2 doctors said I do have thoracic outlet syndrome but they claimed it was congenital. The last IME, who examined me for about 15 mins while my temporary case worker was there, says I don't have the condition. He says I have some kind of pain syndrome that doctors still don't understand and that it's caused by my type of work. He admited that thoracic outlet syndrome is not his specialty, he works more in other vascular areas. DAH!! I wonder how much he got paid to say that!
Needless to say I was frustrated, angry and in terrible pain by the time I got home. Monday morning I will have a WC attorney take care of the stress for me. While wc sends me here and there, the claim is not accepted yet and I'm the one in constant pain. I wish there was a group like yours in Washington state! Keep up the good work!
