Wimpster, you are really angry person aren't you? How much good did your attorney do you? One thing you need to keep in mind is that attorney's write the laws that apply to workers' comp and almost everything else. Maybe you need to discuss your screwing w/a malpractice attorney if you got screwed after retaining councel. As a matter of fact, I've had three workers' compensation claims, had no attorney for any and didn't get "screwed." Of course, I had legit injuries each time...
