Dear fellow injured workers. I am a six year survivor of Idahos comp. I found case histories on the net that enabled me to put together a 3 yr report 1996-1999 detailing the fraud from their own mouths. I hope that the hard work pays off. I read a story yesterday in the washington post that was done by edward walsh. It was printed on July 4. the post is at http://search.washingtonpost.com Go into archives and press on Ed Walsh' s article. It names a lady in Oregon and one in Idaho. If anyone can give me the Oregon lawyer's phone number or email I would very much appreciate it as he is collecting stories on how prevalent utilization reviews are in the insurance industry. His name is Matthew Whitman. Ours are work comp but are identical MO to personal injury.I have over 150 cases to share, various insurances, employers, providers etc.
