Hey KPC When I hired my attorney I had to PAY him
for his services, and when when we WON the case he recieved
more than $9000 dollars. I even had to pay the doctor that did
two shoulders surgeries on me $250 for me and my attorney
to meet with him. Apparently you have never had to experience this
W/C system and had to go through the appeal process
otherwise you would know that if you want an attorney
you have to PAY FOR THERE SERVICES. That is one of the problems with the current system.
Try paying for an attorney when a worker on W/C only recieves
80% of the persons base wages.
In the future I suggest that you please read the messages in this message board
before you start pointing fingers.
