I am an injured worker from Idaho, six years disabled. I was frauded by the system like many of you and because of delay in my care (5 yrs) possibly disabled and in terrible pain for life. I know I was frauded. I have put together a 500 page report chronicling the fraud by going thru case histories from 96-99. In addition there is an attorney in our state who is suing to recover premium monies he said should have been returned to the employers. instead our state bought buildings and built new ones. i have tried to contact as many states as possible and regularly read prairielaw and the medcheck organization. I wonder if there is anything we can do to bring national attention to this. we have tried every media outlet. I am encouraged that you have airtime. please tell how you did it and can we collectively buy a full page ad in a major newspaper or on tv. i wish the best for all of you. this is an inhumane system that is fed by greed. does no one have a conscience?
