Hey Ed it dosen't matter if the attending Physician aggrees
with the IME or not in most W/C claims are decided on the IME's report and
not the attending physicians report.
Spend some more time in the message boards will ya.
The IME reports are mostly the final straw that breaks the workers claim
because the W/C carriers pay them to LIE on the report.
