I simply cannot believe all the misinformation that is being spread at this site. An insurer (and I'm not one) simply cannot close a claim if the attending doc doesn't concur. If the attending doesn't concur, and another IME "concurs" with the first, then there may be a preponderence. The work comp rules are on a web site, try this: http://www.cbs.state.or.us/wcd/docs/rules.htm You should know the rules rather than spouting off feelings of how things should be.
