During the debate (sic) senate hearings on SB 460, Sen Derfler effectively gave the
injured workers a Brooklyn salute. With a grin on his face he pushed through a
continuation of exclusive remedy. Injured Workers are screwed by the insurance
companies and screwed by the legislature.
With the direct help and blessing of the Oregon legislature HMOs' and workers Comp
are adding to the pain and suffering of Americans, they are not part of the cure.
