I don't blame you for chipping away for what you believe in. And, I am not saying all employers are saints. However, most of the postings at this site are so generic w/few specifics: such as we're getting screwed w/no details. Believe it or not, if I can help someone, I will. I'm not sure if the "paper cut" was directed at me, but that isn't even close to my claims. However, i do have a story about one that was accepted, and it almost cost the worker her hand. She is an RN who received a paper cut that caused lupus (sp?) to become symptomatic. Her employer and her employer's INSURER worked together and have taken care of her.
