I don't think that the Attorney General is Ignoring this issue
As you might already know that Phil keisling the Secretary of State
is leaving that job next month, It is through this office that most audits
of the current sate agency have to go through the Secretary of States office.
I think that is what the Attorney General is waiting for, But we might have to wait
even longer now that Keisling is leaving. It will be up to the person that takes the Secretary
of State job. I don't know if the job will be appointed by the Governor or if the position
will be filled by a vote. Ordinarily when a person leaves a job such as this position the governor
will appoint a person to fill in for the remaining time of the term.
Keep up the pressure on this issue, It might be a legal contract
but that dosen't mean that it is an ethical or a moral contract.
Moralitity has nothing to do with politics.
Don't give up, But watch very carefully who the governor appoints to this position.
Keep sending the petitions in, It will give the Attorney General a reason to take this cause seriously.
