It's the Terry Smothers case but I just used the search engines at DCBS, the WC Board, the Court of Appeals, and the Oregon Supreme Court and they can't find any record of Smothers.
Perhaps Oregon Government is trying to ignore and make the case disappear just like they've done by making believe that Oregon has no injured workers, or least none that have had problems with this "destroy the worker" barbaric system they've designed.
