I can understand your concern about the bill not being approved by MLAC, but from what I have read on this site, many people feel that MLAC approval did not necessarily result in good bills. If this is the case, what are your specific concerns about HB 2450? It sounds like a bit of innovation that may have broader implications for the wider WC system if it is successful. It appears that you are fighting any change with innuendo and fear. Just because the gov believes that the current system is successful, this belief shouldn't preclude experimentation and change. Isn't that what this site is all about?
