Here I sit with an opinion & order in hand..
This opinion & order states that the insurer must continue processing my claim until proper closure..
The time has come and gone for the employer to file for a board review...
With no response from the insurer & employer...
The employer and insurer are acting like I don't exist..
What recourse do I have at this point??
