Yes, I do have an attorney..
Filed for a hearing upcoming in Jan. 2000.
Still am afraid and not sure what to expect..
At the last hearing I had they ran all over me..
But I filed for a recon and won..
Still no timeloss..
The adjuster continues ignoring me and my attorney..
The ins. co. owes me about 2 years back pay, medicals, (that hubby & I) have been paying, and thousand dollars of medications, ( hubby & I ), have paying..
We won the order on recon..
Got the ALJ's Opinion & Order, that went in our favor...
Still no timeloss, or even an acknowledegment that I still exist...
God, I will be glad when this is all over!!!
Thinking of committing suicide, but I have children..that is the only thing stopping me..
The misery of this state is getting to me..
Not to mention the holidays upcoming...
That just seems to make the depression and anxiety worse..
