I called Mr. Ornstein my "lawyer" today...and HE CLAIMS that HE ONLY handles the WORK COMPENSATION and that the firm that handled my first work injury was a BIG FIRM so they were able to deal with my "other issues"...then HE advised me to call the Michigan State Insurance Commision about them meddling with my health insurance. BUT...on my way up to my parent's house (I have to use their phone for long distance) I recalled that I HAD ALREADY TRIED the Ins. Commision...and THEY said that since I HAD an ATTORNEY that it was HIS responsiblity!!! I have a LETTER from them stating this.
Anyhow...I called a new name I got and this guy is supposed to call me back tomorrow.
I am in Oakland County Michigan.
