I know that representing yourself is a very hard thing to do..as I was forced to represent myself in the Court of Appeals..but it can be done..I filed alot of motions on my own behalf..spoke with alot of people in order to make sure it was done properly..
alot of research and time on your part is what it will take...
you do need to have an attorney...if the paperwork is not filed timely..it could cost you your entire claim..please keep in mind that if you do not have an attorney..and there is one mistake..the courts WILL NOT make an exception..possibly causing your case to be dismissed...PLEASE, make sure all you do not miss a date or deadline...
I am not, nor can I give you legal advise..just letting you in on my experience..
Good Luck!
