AOI contract not in Saif Corp's audit last year

I wonder why amount of money paid to Associated Oregon Industries
is not mentioned in the Secretary of State audit of Saif Corp
for the years ending December 31,1998 or 1997.
Could this be a possible cover-up from Saif Corp.
