My favorite movie, really hits home for me. I don't plan on dying soon, but Dr. Cook, A SAINT, might retire before I have the fix. 4 serguries, the last paid in cash before the operation. All sergeries were denied, denied, denied, except the first, where I was dared into it. Kind of like poop or get off the pot. The second, was in Seatle, by a different doctor, who forced the claims adjuster to go ahead and make a call. The third was after my claim had been closed, like pulling teeth to get it open, for sergury, which was followed by the IME exam, I was told in advance, what this guys reputation was, I knew the outcome, before I got there. Then to hearing where 25% of the victims win. And I lost too, hence the paying for my own sergury, By-lateral carpal tunnel, combined with distal ulnar resection. PAIN on the scale of 1-10 was an easy 15. Already retrained, which has done little good, It's obvious, there is no work for me, maybe picking up cans, perhaps the insurance company will spring for a shopping cart, and some weather proof bags.
