i agree. one of the ways the insurance company's have reduced their costs is by posponing any aid to the claimant. they tell you don't need a lawyer but the only way you can fight the systematic prolonging of help is by hiring a lawyer,if you can find one who will except the limits the board puts on the payments, if you can get one to fight for you. but this only helps a little. the insurance company has all the rights and you are forced to play by their rules. it seems to be standard procedure to deny your injury, deny any treatment and deny any payments. all this is done, to force you back to work prematurely, give up or may fall on your current insurance co. this usually results in a more complicated injury but may fall on someone else's policy.
