If you're still checking back here, the reason why you've seen no responses is because this message forum was replaced.
We had to discontinue it because it grow so large (about 950 postings) that people's Web browsers were timing out before the main page completely loaded. There was no way, without the time-outs becoming much worse, to add a message in each individual post, to that date, about this change. It is mentioned in that message board's main page.
