I just started having the numbness in my left little finger and my ring finger about two weeks ago. I was told it may be carpul tunnel. I went to the doctor and she said for me to wear the brace. I have no pain at this time just the numbness. Did i catch it early enough that it won't get very bad? or maybe it will go away? I have noticed that i have lost some strength in my hand...i can't cut my finger nails or twist tie certain things. I have been a restaurant cook for seven years. I still wonder what causes this to happen to some but yet not others. Any anwers?
