a friend of mine was injured at work and couldn't drive truck for the company he worked for. the company gave him a desk job that paid a lot less. he is not receiving any other compensation and is struggling to take care of his family. Is this normal or should the companies worers comp. insurance be helping cover the remainder of his normal take home pay?
