Here's info on Ajit S. Arora, an IME

If this is the person you're talking about in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, he appears to not believe mold can cause ailments in humans. Because of this, he must be a popular so-called medical expert with insurers. They know his opinions will always be against the worker.

I extracted his 2-page guest column from the March 2003 American Industrial Hygiene Association newsletter called "The Diplomate."

It's at http://www.injuredworker.org/Diplo03-3.pdf

The full newsletter (a large file) is at http://www.aiha.org/TheAcademy/documents/Diplo03-3.pdf

If your claim involves environmental health issues, you should print the entire newsletter and have your attorney use it against Arora since it shows his opinions are biased.

Good luck.
