Permanent Impairment Ratings

Postby Kzman » October 12th, 2005, 8:40 am

I'm currently in Alaska, and in the last 18 months have under gone ACL reconstruction, meniscitomy, medial meniscus transplant and tibial osteotomy surgery. I do not have an attorney, as things have been fairly smooth with Ins. Co./W/C thusfar. I have already be told that I will receive a lump sum permanent impairment rating once medically stable. After many hours of research, and short of spending the money for a AMA guide, I was wondering if anyone has had or going through a like situation and may have an idea what the average whole person rating may be, based on average healing (rom, pain and usage)???
