I believe Ronnie was changing wet to wetter. But my desciption, I believe, is more accurate in describing the workers' comp system and how it's been legislated to operate. This is what results when lots of bribe money, excuse me "campaign contributions", are made by people such as Mark Hemstreet and Gene Derflers tenants, Associated Oregon Industries. |
