OROSHA Offers Workers’ Memorial Scholarships…Oregon OSHA offers annual scholarships to meet the educational needs of spouses and children of permanently disabled and fatally injured workers. The scholarships are funded from an account established by the 1991 legislature at the request of the Oregon AFL-CIO. Applications are available from local high schools and college financial aid departments in Oregon. The deadline for filing is March 1.
