car insurance. I had a rover 820si G745 RBV which I traded in january 1989 for a fiat punto. I changed insurance companies when i took on the fiat and just recently changed, whereby I have now found out on record I have only 3 yrs no claims bonus. I know I didn't make any claims on the rover but on checking back noone got details from my insurance company when I exchanged to the fiat therefore I am being penalised on cost. I have no records that old to refer to so cannot remember who the insurance was with so how can I prove that I shouldn't be penalised for this. How can I prove this and sort it out. hope you can help nicole |
