Regarding the skiers...the skier that died had skied only four times before. Why was that not brought up. Maybe HE was out of control, skied into the path of another skier or just wasn't experienced enough to go on an intermediate slope. I don't think there was an obvious attempt to hurt anyone or negligence, it was an accident on the slopes, pure and simple, and like the other jurors said, they had done the same type of "going too fast and out of control" but just didn't hit anyone. |
