You need an attorney. I appealed numerous times before and past 90 day deadline. Got myself Swanson, Thomas & Coon, who are worker/union activist attorneys in Oregon...After 4 years, my claim was heard by a judge who ruled in my favor. Got $20,000 retroactive plus current, Social Security Disability payments of $700/month. |
