A link to that ruling is at http://injuredworker.org/forums/injuredworker/posts/1072.html The Oregon Court of Appeals has a search engine at http://www.publications.ojd.state.or.us/appeals.htm The Oregon Supreme Court has a search engine at http://www.publications.ojd.state.or.us/supreme.htm Search DCBS pages at http://www.cbs.state.or.us/external/share/exsearch.htm Search the Workers' Compensation Board Web Site at http://www.cbs.state.or.us/external/wcb/contents/wcbsrch.htm Oregon Revised Statutes (law) relating to Workers' Comp. (Chapter 656) can be seen at http://landru.leg.state.or.us/ors/656.html Are you referring to IME exams? Visit ftp://injuredworker.org/pub/IME_Related/ In the second Adobe Acrobat file there a workers' comp official says, "We have no control over the length of examinations or the demeanor of the examiners." Although this document dates back to around 1997, I don't believe anything has changed. CALL the Oregon Ombudsman for Injured Workers at 1-800-927-1271 to find out for sure. I Hope these links help you. Del |
