Never had an IME by him, but he screwed me anyway. I was injured when the ambulance I was working on was hit by a speeding fire truck. He took care of my brain injury and resulting problems for over 3 years. When it came close to the trial date -- out of nowhere, he "reconsidered" his original diagnosis to something completely different -- and irrelevant to my injuries, impairing my case against the Firse Department. I wonder what lawyer or insurance company got hold of him. Needless to say, I will not be using him anymore! |
