I recently came across some information that I need to verify, if anyone knows ANYTHING about this, please notify me! I read that in the state of Washington, claim managers at the Department of Labor and Industries are given bonuses for the benefits they avoid paying on an injury claim. In other words, they get a percentage of the benefits injured workers are entitled to that they can keep from paying out, by denying, "miscalculating" or due to the fact the injured worker doesn't realize they are entitled to them. Also, I would love to hear from any current/former Claim Managers that would be willing to answer some questions for me. THANKS |
