I became medically stationary on 9-20-00 on 11-3-00 I seen the insurance doctor,who agreed with my doctor that I need permanent work retrictions.I recieved notice of clouser from the insurer and the state.never did the company put me on lite duty nor did they offer me anything else, until last tuesday 3-12-01 6 months after I became medically stationary. The whole time I've been doing my regular job. never did I miss a day of work from my regular employment. I recieved a permanent partil disibility and a sum of money.The company is offering a salary postion at about 25,000 less a year. I suspect do in part to my union activities.

Have you a decent attorney to get answers? You should call immediately the Oregon Workers' Comp Ombudsman's Office to learn your rights further. Their number is 1-800-927-1271. Ask them also to send you all the worker info packets. Some have been updated (improved upon) recently.
